During the inspection process, the packaged products did not show ink loss or deinking, and were qualified products. All materials should have a certain chemical stability, should not interact with the products they contain, and should not change color or fade easily when exposed to light. The packaging materials developed for new products are green and environmentally friendly, and have been tested for compatibility with the material body through high and low temperature tests to ensure that the material body does not deteriorate, delaminate, change color, or become thinner; for example: facial mask cloth, air cushion sponge, bottles with special gradient technology, etc.

Construction: No protrusions that could cause injury to the user, no thread misalignment, and a flat bottom.

2. Plastic cosmetic bottles
The bottle body should be stable, the surface should be smooth, the thickness of the bottle wall should be basically uniform, there should be no obvious scars or deformations, and no cold expansion or cracks.
The mouth of the bottle should be straight and smooth, without burrs (burrs), and the thread and bayonet fitting structure should be intact and straight. The bottle body and cap are tightly matched, and there are no slipping teeth, loose teeth, air leakage, etc. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.
