It is a plastic product produced by gluing polyurethane plus TDI or MDI. According to the size of the inner bubble, it can reflect various densities, and can be molded into various shapes according to needs. It is widely used in various industries, mainly for shockproof, heat preservation, material filling, children’s toys, etc.
④ Blister tray
The plastic hard sheet is made into a plastic with a specific groove by using the blister process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product. There are also transport-type tray packaging, and the tray is mostly used for convenience. .
⑤Paper inner support
Paper inner trays are divided into cardboard inner trays and corrugated inner trays. The material of cardboard inner trays can be white cardboard, gold cardboard or silver cardboard. Cardboard or corrugated paper is used by packaging box manufacturers because of its low cost and convenient processing. It is suitable for items with regular shapes such as squares, such as our common cake box packaging boxes and CD boxes.
2. How to choose the inner support of the cosmetic packaging box
① Considering shock resistance and decompression, EVA inner support is the preferred lining material;
②In terms of energy saving and material reduction, the paper inner support is the most cost-effective one;
③ For cosmetic boxes, the blister inner support is also a kind that cannot be ignored. Because it can hold a complete set of cosmetics, including facial cleanser, water, milk, cream, essence and other products.
